WIN A MONSTERA THAI CONSTELLATION COMPETITION

Promoter. The promoter is We the Wild, ABN 68 644 816 857, of 1/2C Gladstone Street, Newtown NSW 2042 ("We The Wild", "we", "us"). Contact: hello@wethewild.co.
Promotional period. The competition opens at 7:00am Sydney time on 29 September 2026 and closes at 11:59pm Sydney time on 2 October 2026 ("Promotional Period"). We may extend the Promotional Period by up to 7 days at our sole discretion, with a latest possible closing time of 11:59pm Sydney time on 9 October 2026. Any extension, including the new closing date, will be announced on this page before the original closing date. The competition will close early once all 35 Major Prizes have been awarded. Entries received outside the Promotional Period will not be accepted.
Eligibility. Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 and over who live in NSW, VIC, QLD, WA, TAS, ACT or NT. Residents of South Australia are not eligible. Employees of We The Wild, their immediate families, and anyone involved in running this competition are not eligible.
How to enter. To enter, visit during the Promotional Period and submit your name, email address and any other requested details. You must also agree to receive marketing communications from We The Wild. No purchase is necessary to enter.
Entry limits. One entry per person. Multiple entries from the same person, including entries using different email addresses, may be disqualified. Each person can win only one prize.
How winners are determined. Each valid entry is randomly allocated a result by an automated system (Klaviyo) at the time of entry. Each valid entry has a 1 in 100 chance of winning a Major Prize and a 1 in 2 chance of winning a Discount Prize.
Major Prize. Each Major Prize is one Monstera Thai Constellation plant in a pot under 100mm in diameter, valued at between $25 and $35 (incl. GST). A maximum of 35 Major Prizes are available, with a total value of up to $1,225 (incl. GST). Plants are living products and will vary in size, shape and variegation from any images shown. Delivery to the winner's address in an eligible state or territory is included.
Discount Prize. Each Discount Prize is a single-use code for 15% off one order at wethewild.co. The code must be redeemed by 11:59pm Sydney time on 31 October 2026, after which it will expire. It cannot be used with any other discount code.
Notification. All entrants will be emailed their result at the email address provided, usually within minutes of entering. Major Prize winners must reply with their delivery address within 7 days of notification. If a Major Prize winner does not respond within this time, their Major Prize will be forfeited and they will receive a Discount Prize instead. Forfeited Major Prizes will be returned to the prize pool and may be won by later entrants during the Promotional Period.
Delivery. Major Prizes will be dispatched within 30 days of the winner confirming their delivery details. For winners in WA and TAS, the plant will be supplied and delivered by a nursery in the winner's state. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect details or by the carrier. We will take reasonable care in packaging plants. Once a plant is delivered, its care is the winner's responsibility.
General prize conditions. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. If a Major Prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond our control, we may substitute a prize of equal or greater value, subject to applicable laws.
Privacy and marketing. Personal information collected will be handled in line with our Privacy Policy . We may share a winner's name, delivery address and contact details with our delivery partners, including third-party nurseries, only for the purpose of delivering the prize. By entering, you consent to receiving marketing communications from We The Wild. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any of our emails, and unsubscribing will not affect any prize you have won.
Disqualification. We may disqualify any entry that is incomplete or fraudulent, uses automated methods, or does not comply with these Terms. We may withhold or cancel any prize awarded to a disqualified entry.
Liability. To the extent permitted by law, We The Wild is not liable for any loss, damage or injury arising from participating in the competition or from accepting or using a prize, except for liability that cannot be excluded by law, including under the Australian Consumer Law.
Changes. We may amend, suspend or cancel the competition if circumstances beyond our reasonable control affect its fair operation. If we change these Terms, we will publish the updated Terms on this page and take reasonable steps to notify entrants.
Social media. This competition is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Meta, Instagram or Facebook.
Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales.
