Is Protect a plant pest spray?
In Australia, we are unable to market Neem and its components as a pest spray. Our customers use it to achieve multiple benefits for their plants, one of which is shine!
How often should I use Protect?
We recommend using the spray fortnightly for ongoing maintenance. If there is a particular issue, the spray can be used every 2-3 days.
Are there any plants I shouldn’t use Protect on?
Because the product contains Neem Oil, it is recommended to reconsider the use on edible plants. We also suggest ensuring that sensitive plants are well watered and kept out of direct sunlight when using Protect. This is because it contains oil that can magnify sun rays! If you are concerned, we suggest testing the spray on a single leaf.
Why does it smell so good?
The essential oils that go into our product are used more and more frequently in the organic agriculture industry. The smell is a happy coincidence!
How can I control the mist?
We use a fine, wide mist so that you don’t have to worry about wiping your leaves after use. If you would like a narrow field of spray, we recommend holding the nozzle closer to the plant. You can also spray directly into a cloth and wipe onto the leaves
Can I spray Protect into the soil?
Absolutely! Dry out your soil and thoroughly spray the top soil if required.
